They’ve changed a few things since my original posting!

The only Canada Post mailbox appears to be pre-security - Terminal 1, Level 3 (check-in level), just inside a door. Look for the information desk and the Peel Regional Police. It’s close to the NEXUS Enrollment Center and the security checkpoint for US Preclearance.
