Robert had the strangest description that I’ve seen in a while:

First floor near east elevator. Go through door marked US Mail Box. It is a silver mailbox with outgoing slot at bottom right.

The Terminal Map shows the East Elevator in the vestibule by Gates 2-6 and international arrivals. The mailbox room may be in the vestibule close to where that elevator is. When I checked Google Maps, they had interior 360-degree views of the location inside and pictures of the elevator, but I couldn’t see any sort of room in the terminal.
