Pittsburgh is constructing a new terminal, so consider all information as fluid and subject to change until the new terminal is complete.

I couldn’t find anything. Their Web site only has a map for post-security information.

User-Submitted Information

The post office no longer exists. But Robert and at least one other person mentioned a couple of drop boxes pre-security:

A silver mailbox on the first floor by door 6 and 7
A regular blue mailbox on the second floor by the information desk. Pickup M-Sat 5pm.

Kenneth (who works at the airport) submitted the following as of July 2024:

Landside there are three places to mail letters. There is a drop box on the first floor near the baggage claim. There is a mail box in the room where the companies have their mailboxes. There is a mailbox on the second floor across from the visitors desk before TSA.

Jay wrote in August finding a mailbox:

Lower level near an information booth at the bottom of the main exit escalators. Turn left after disembarking the down escalator. Just past an information booth there is an unspectacular and very easy to miss silver-colored “hotel lobby style” mailbox, which I recall having a posted evening pickup. (Not a blue USPS mailbox and not a USPS cluster box).

So it appears there are definitely options but you may need to look around.
