First floor door way next to Avis car rental. Silver mailbox in wall with note for outgoing mail only.

Based on the terminal map the car rentals are by the baggage claim area. You have your choice of what looks like two doors. This isn’t a large airport, so it shouldn’t be too much effort to find.
