Robert found multiple An Post drop boxes:

Terminal 1 – two mailboxes. First is in the parking garage on level 1, across from “Wrights Food Fayre”. The second is to the left of the left luggage office on level 1.

Terminal 2 – when exiting customs, look to the right in front of bank of Ireland.

All pickups are at 5:30pm local time. Note that An Post boxes are green.

It appears that Google Images search has identified several boxes in Terminal 2 – visit this link for what they can look like.
