The Web site lists a Correos de Chile, on the first level of the main hall. You’re looking for a kiosk at what appears to be close to an elevator. There’s no terminal map that I can find.

From the US, the Web site is silly slow. I couldn’t find anything on Google Maps to assist in locating the kiosk.
