Robert wrote in with the location of an outgoing mail drop:

Outdoors in car rental parking lot.

I found it on Google Maps. It’s next to the rental cars in the “median” between the rental car parking lot and the terminal roadway. It is a 16-box grey mailbox so it likely has an opening in one of the boxes for outgoing mail.
